My name is Simon and I’ve been in the Roofing industry for a little over 20 years and have a wide range of knowledge/experiance both in residential and commercial. Simon came to quote for the damage to the front of our roof. He got up on the ladder to inspect what needed to be done. He also checked other parts of the roof for damage and took photos of the things he had found to show me. Simon completed the work today, it took him longer than first anticipated as the hip tiles were cemented to the roof and he had to angle grind them off. He kept me informed and showed me what the problem was as he was working. He messaged me to let me know his arrival time each day.

There was additional work conducted on some leaks through my window and I have noticed that this was not foxed. I have just noticed that the leak for the work done on the window has come back. This is therefore not been fixed.
