The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

Well, 8 months on the fridge door has fallen off, revealing a selection of small random screws to hold it up. Amazing it held up as long as it did. Also, on having our new floor laid we discovered a kitchen plinth had been glued to the laminate flooring. Sent a picture of this to Darren to query and he has yet to reply 2 weeks on. Nightmare from start to finish.

A quick fix for my leaking gutter, good job would recommend, I would use them again
DPG are a two man operation who seemed friendly and personable. They took £50 cash in advance for cutting the lawn and weeding as I had to work. They cut the lawn but did not weed or finish edging. I text for them to finish the job and they said they would come. However, they didn't turn up as agreed. They have avoided my calls for over a week now and failed to reply to all further calls/voicemail/texts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them.

I TEXTED HIM BACK TO SAY I WAS GOING TO LEAVE A REVIEW, WHICH WASN'T GOING TO BE TOO FLATTERING HE TEXT BACK WITH EMIJI OF 2 THUMBS UP SYMBOLS. Original estimate was 15 days work (continuous from start date) - started in April, did not finish until End of September! Finishing quality extremely poor Regularly failed to turn up when expected, did not undertake all work quoted or promised - rarely if ever cleared up after themselves. Overall hugely disappointed
