I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Fixed a radiator in my en-suite whilst decorating a bedroom, removed paintings and replaced perfectly in hall, stairs and landing, lounge was cleaned and tidied after decorating. Hi, I've been qualified in the plumbing and heating industry for 15 years, working largely in the domestic sector. I love all aspects of plumbing from a simple Tap Washer replacement to a full install of a Central Heating System. I pride myself on customer service, reliability and sensible pricing!
I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.

Dean (& Winston) arrived on time and set about the job as soon as 'they' arrived on site. Dean does take photos and videos to show what needs doing and the results of his labours. Thankfully, he also pointed out that one of my other chimneys was about to fall off the roof so he quickly made a repair while he was up there.
