He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.

Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it

The engineer came to replace 2 thermostats and unwired the whole underfloor heating system. After his visit, I was left with no heating in the house. The company did not accept my complaint, did not send anyone to solve the problem and refused to refund the money I paid for this job. They quoted 670£ for replacing the motherboard to solve the problem, which is 3 times higher than the other quotes I got for the same job. Best to avoid this company!
