William came out on Sunday, 19 January, and tidied up both my front and back gardens. As I only sent him the pictures of the back garden, I was surprised he did both. I am extremely grateful as I am confined to a wheelchair and unable to do the work myself. William did a fantastic job given the time of year and the deteriorating condition of the garden. He took the garden waste away with him. William is very efficient, and his rates are extremely reasonable.

I had thought about what may have caused the problem. Explained this to Carma and fixed an appointment. Turned up as promised, and had obviously prepared to find and apply a solution. Began diagnosis..Explained at every step what he was checking. A sound diagnosis depends on a systematic investigation. Soon found a possible solution, cleared away any other possible causes. Found fault, set up replacement of faulty part. Checked this would provide the solution. And made the change, Spot on Very tidy work.

I received a prompt response for my job posted. I had a leak in my bathroom and it was identified that the water was leaking through the silicon seal. The job didn't take that long to redo the silicon and only a part of silicon was removed and redone. In three weaks it again started leaking from the same area as it was not done properly. I wouldn't have worried paying £90 for that job if it had not occurred again. However, I had to hire someone to redo the silicon layer again. Which is a bit disappointing.
