Quotes got changed regularly as boiler was not inspected properly to begin with that led to multiple visits and the original quote being wildly out. They tried to charge me for the initial 5 min look before the quote was provided.

I liked the way he worked so he ended up refurbishing the whole house. He made use of the materials and fixed things that needed fixing as he went along all within the quoted price. Very helpful, respectful, informative and honest. Was able to come and give us a quote very quickly which was reasonably priced. Additional work's were identified which also felt reasonably priced based upon similar quote. The leak's were fixed along with the chimney and lots of cement/pointing work. When I asked for additional photographs of completed works, James came around again to take photographs to show me how he had fixed the works. Would definitely recommend.
