Steve fitted some new bath taps and basin taps in our bathroom. He arrived exactly at the time agreed (the next day after quoting) and did an efficient job. Work has not been carried out with skill or care. Barge boards were glued to underside of slates and chimney has been capped off with no air bricks. The chimney height has been reduced without the replacement of drop course or inadequate flaunting. I have been ghosted for trying to get this corrected.

Really sad to be writing this as I had high hopes for Callum as he seemed like a nice man. Sadly that is not the case. He fitted 2 kitchens for me in December for which he has been paid and neither of them are finished. One of them still has a large base unit and work top and some top units still in boxes. He was quite forceful in wanting to be paid before Christmas and has promised me on multiple occasions that he will return to complete the work and then hasn’t turned up. Do not trust

Callum arrived on the day I contacted him, to replace a kitchen tap. Other plumbers were quoting 10 to 14 days before they could attend. He arrived early and carried out the replacement efficiently and confidently, leaving no mess or leaks when the job was finished. Only slight criticism was that his price was much higher than other quotes received.
