He was able to over me several options on the work I required, and also provided a quality of work that I could not find fault with. Workmen friendly and the work they carried out was to a reasonable standard. BUT they let themselves down when it came to getting them back to finish the job as bad weather prevented them from completing. I had to do all the chasing and they made excuses why they couldn’t return and now they aren’t responding to either text or email. Should have realised when they wanted payment for the work carried out on day 1 - in hindsight I don’t think they ever intended on returning.

Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.

I hired Prestige Coastal construction to install a new kitchen, and unfortunately, I was disappointed with the results. The fitter left the job incomplete, with countertops and fixtures partially installed, and didn't return to finish the work. I have been left without a sink and and the washing machine unconnected. The entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I now have to hire someone else to complete and fix their unfinished work, adding extra expense and stress. I would not recommend.
