He spent extra time to correct the pipe problem caused the leak before the installation. The finish was very neat and pleasant. Jobs is done fine and it's 5 star work. However he quoted 200£ to seal 3 sides of a shower tub and if we don't accept he must charge 65£ for a 10 minutes inspection without letting us know in advance on phone. That's a 1 star price.
