I was really happy with the service from start to finish. It was good that Josh came out to check exactly what I wanted and that it was possible, I then received a written quote which was competitive. The work was carried out next day and done to a really high standard. The guys turned up on time, they were polite and just got on quietly with the job, cleaned up after themselves and took away the packaging etc. communication was excellent throughout.

We have an old cast iron bath and had the bath panels to fix to it. We didn't feel confident doing it ourselves as it was quite a tricky job. Lukasz took time to get the measurements and the cutting was perfect. Looks great. Also we asked him to fix the old original bathroom door which has never closed shut. He put new hinges and shaved it and now it shuts. He did some plastering too. It took a day and charged his day rate (£150) plus a little extra for the hinges, plaster and frame. Great job!

To start with Alex was punctual for our first quotation appointment, listened to what I wanted doing and answered my questions. They say first impressions count and I was very impressed. This was a job to fully re decorate the hall, stairs and landing, and also fit a new kitchen, for simplicity, this was a one stop shop, including, plastering ceilings, new doors, new flooring, and even repairing the stairs, and re wiring the electrics. we are a small family run business specialising in Handyman Services, Bathroom and Kitchen refurbishments and repairs, small plastering and tiling jobs and general outside building and fence/gate repairs and replacement.
In summary, he took the tiles out and put panels but the shower frame is is leaking in two places, the shower head is twisted and not centred, head/cover of on/off shower valve is loose, he left towel rail leaking, did not fix the leak of toilet, he broke the on/off valve when trying to put it back and the towel rail valve so we had to buy new ones. We paid him £600, £100 by bank transfer and £500 he wanted cash. And now he is not answering the phone and not replying messages. It's been months now. Terrible
