I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I would have zero confidence in this company, and obviously their customer relations needs improvement. Consequently, I am still seeking a tradesman to do the job.

We're so delighted that we went with TBC. TBC completed major works on our property - structural works, full electrics/re-wiring, plumbing, tiling, decorating, new flooring, new bathroom etc. etc. TBC were so professional throughout and had all the relevant knowledge with regards to certificates and approvals needed. Louis dealt with a major water leak at our rented property, the day after we advertised on RP. To be honest, we’ve had the same issue before and it’s never been properly resolved. Louis diagnosed the issue and rectified the problem by re-doing the pipework and cleaning it all the way through. He is also sorting a stopcock which has seized up. He provided us with videos to show what he had done. Very happy with the work he did and for sorting this issue so quickly.
