Luke correctly diagnosed problem was motorised valve in central heating system had failed. This was causing my boiler to overwork, leading to excess heat rising via vent to water tank and hence overflow! Luke also spotted I had incorrect ball valve in tank and sourced L-shaped one I needed. Heating system now working for first time in months! Luke was patient, conscientious and efficient - would recommend.
