I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. I needed a Salamander shower pump replaced. Fusion contacted me directly and very kindly managed to accommodate me on my preferred date. Two of their team attended in a timely fashion and the work was carried out to a very high standard. All old components were disposed of and everything was left clean and dust free. 20yrs in the trades qualified plumber leaks, drips and blockages no problem all aspects of building works and maintenance considered.
Scheduled to come to my property the next day to fix boiler. Assured me that he would appear. Took me 4 hours by coach to come to my property in London next day only to be told that he could not do it. Very unethical. Cost me £500 per day time off as an IT contractor + £70 national express coach return ticket and waste of time. This guy named Daniel quoted slightly lower than others but I guess you get what you pay for - I would not use sole trader like this next time due to how unprofessional they can be.

I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials.
