This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

In relation to what Daniel can do, this was a small job, but we were very grateful that he was happy to take it on and help us out. He was really receptive to text messages, was very accommodating when we had to change the original work date, and was keen to get back to us as soon as the counters were re-fitted, so we had a working kitchen again. Really lovely chap, and we'd happily have him back for any other work we may need. Highly recommend him.

A job that at first sight seemed to be completed well turned into a nightmare. My drive was destroyed, weeds coming through everywhere. Worked hard and got my central heating system re-plumbed from plastic to copper efficiently. It now works! System flushed out twice to remove any debris. I was consulted before plasterboard was removed to gain access to pipework. Final cost came out less than the estimate! Some communication issues. I prefer to use email. Some start times slipped because of this, but the work was finished within a very acceptable timeframe. Pleasant, friendly, straightforward guys.
