George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They turned up without any materials and we had difficulty getting any. The fence has been put up in a bad way with short posts, and screws dangerously protruding through to next door. My old patio was not taken up as quoted, and new slabs were laid over the top. It is not level and slopes forward & sideways with a bump in the middle. Slabs are uneven, the built step has all broken away, as there is little support under it. And the grouting has gaps and different grouts used. Too many other probs to list.

Replacement garage roof. GAC met all timescales, e.g. turned up on time to quote for job and came on the day agreed. Unfortunately the job could not be finished on the day due to very heavy rain, but was finished off a few days later. Garage appears to be water tight so far. Job completed to price quoted but some debris was left behind. Would use again provided quote reasonable which it was for this job

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

He said he was just waiting on materials to come and said he’d be in touch soon as he had materials and said he’d be round the following week to carry out work. We needed a terrazzo floor removed, new tiles installed and a whole new kitchen+appliances installed. Mike and his team worked for just over two weeks start to finish. They showed up everyday and worked late to get the job done, any minor issues were sorted quickly. All the work was carried out to a high standard, the boys cleaned up everyday and gave us lots of helpful advice and suggestions throughout.
