Advised (quite correctly) I needed a survey prior to board replacement. This was scheduled and quickly carried out in a professional and thorough manner. Verbally advised of report content at the 9end of survey and received written report and quote for work shortly after. Only issue is that after the accepting quote on 16th Nov and chasing on 22nd Nov, there has been no communication in response to carrying out the work.

7 weeks into a within the next 2 weeks job through this site they still hadn't fully finished.. We pushed back a carpet fitting 3 weeks to accommodate them as they couldn't attend a previously agreed date & made them aware of the situation.. rescheduled date and time comes and they don't show up.. 3 hours later we get a text to say they're at another job 80 miles away. This was 2 working days before the rescheduled carpet fitting.. Had to find anther company with one day to spare. Not even an apology..

We used this company to re-grout and re-seal a shower cubicle. They removed and replaced all of the old grout and sealant. Excellent communication, turned up on time and did a really good job. Shower cubicle now looks like new. We will be using their services again in the future. 5* Would recommend.

Sorry I am new here so excuse the lack of a lot of photos. I will be slowly uploading more this week. You will find some examples of my work in my photos. One of the bathroom installs was featured in 25 Beautiful Homes magazine which you can see in my cover photo. There are some before and after of some recent bathrooms. I am a local Oxford based plumber with 6 years experience of plumbing and 10 years experience in the trades. I previously worked as a cabinet maker/kitchen fitter so have a keen eye for detail (some could say as far as OCD) however I pride myself on installing something that is both functional as well as aesthetically pleasing. As much as I like to get stuck in I understand that no one can be the best at everything and would not attempt something unless competant. Chipped and cracked the bath in a rental flat, whilst fitting bath taps badly. The Cold tap is not fitted properly & is loose. The tap now catches on a tile. Brand new Vanity Basin door has been damaged, need to get a replacement door. He cut the cold water supply to the shower, took hours to fix this, & I had to buy the parts!! 4/5 hours work, during the day, became 11, working until 11:30 at night. We now need to buy a new bath now & get it fitted.
