Visited the premises by appointment quite promptly and we thought he had fixed the issue . Unfortunately he hadn’t and even though he was notified of this the same day have had no response from the tradesman since despite numerous attempts . It's important to understand how this company works. When you contact them because you need a tradesman , potentially urgently they will agree to provide a technician/engineer and they charge an up front fee (£120 in my case) and advise that their engineer will then charge £120 for the first hour and each hour thereafter. Factually correct. But what's actually happened here is they have simply passed your job to a third party and charged £120 for the privilege. Just a rip off really.

This firm sub contracted out the work to a local plumber/carpenter who I found difficult to contact. I needed a new shower as he said he couldn`t repair it. I selected the cheapest one as I am upgrading my bathroom later this year. He couldn`t get it straight away so I selected a dearer one which he fitted. He then told me he was going away the next day. If I hadn`t selected the dearer one I would still be waiting! There is some moisture leaking but I really don`t want him again so I`ll wait and see.

Hello, I'm Alan and I have been doing precision engineering and instillation for agricultural and industrial business for over 16 years now. I branched into installing and repairing dairy parlours that can handle hundreds of litres of milk and water an hour, so there is no room for errors which has made me a bit of a perfectionist.
