This turned out to be a larger job than I'd been lead to believe when posting. Dean quoted a price for repair as stated or replacing the boiler, we went for the latter in the end as the existing boiler was 18 years old and probably pretty much knackered. A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead.
