He listened to our request for a solution on a budget and has worked through all weathers to create a tiered garden that looks great all for a reasonable price. He has also replaced our broken fence. Mark is friendly, reliable and hard working - waste removed and area left clear. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. At no time were you told not to tile that area, that is absurd, why would we want an area not tiled. On the quote it was stated that you would remove old tiles and make good walls, having spoken to 4 companies since they all stated the same, this would mean plastering the same, we paid extra for this. Something to be considered when writing your quotes. The receipts for materials, second amount, never materialised. You were paid in full regardless.

Hi we are a small general building company covering most of Oxfordshire we have over 25 years experience in a long list of trades. We tend to manage full refits from new kitchens and bathrooms redecoration right though to new flooring. We are new to Rated people but can provide endless reference.
George responded quickly to my request, gave a very reasonable quote, did a really quite tricky and complicated job above a conservatory, to fix cracks in the pebbledash of an external wall, and seal all around the windows. A fortnight later he re-plastered internally. George gives the impression of being somewhat chaotic! But he is extremely experienced, knows what he is doing, and actually did a very good job. The timings and quote agreed to were respected, he was polite and cordial, and communicated well

Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.
