Ross was excellent from start to finish. He came out and gave an initial quote which was similar to other quotes we received. However, Ross was willing to investigate and repair a pipe before installing our water tank that others were unwilling to do. Had a couple of leaks in my roof. Within a month of the work both leak worse than they did before. Messaged him a two months ago for his thoughts but still waiting on a response. While here he clattered his ladder off my window which I later found to be damaged. Not saying it was him but he did smash a couple of garden pots and then hid them in my garden. Got none of what I wanted, more problems than I began with, paid a lot of money and now talking to another roofer. Lesson in trusting people learned.

Charged £140 for a job I've told everyone other companies should be £60. Supposed to be fixing a leak and instead caused 2 more. Wanted to charge a further £60 to fix a problem they created. Very disappointed and dishearten

If i could have given half a star i would have. I was told that my work would have taken 5 days to complete we are now into our 3rd week and it is no way near finished. They were turning up at lunch time and leaving at 5 or starting at 11 and finishing at 2.15. So we got fed up with it and told them to leave. Would definitely not recommend

Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.
