We had a fast response from Weatherwise. The problem turned out to be more serious than we'd thought, and Weatherwise were able to carry out extensive roof repairs immediately. Subsequently, after heavy rain, we had a problem with one of the new gutters and reported this to Weatherwise who were very quick to come and put things right. The roofer, Lewis Brown of Flowright Plumbing and roofing, did the job, I paid him the money, the next day the roof was still leaking as bad as ever. I told the roofer but he has refused to come back and fix it.

STUPID when I texted him to say I will report him to RatedPeople and the authorities. More slabs broke 2 days ago. Sent him the picture. He simply texted back: MOVED TO DEVON NO LONGER WORKING.
