Available to do the job quickly, arrived at agreed time. Consulted at regular intervals to ensure progress was as required. Didn’t pressure into doing extra jobs for more money (not always the case). Everything was completed on time, at the time that had been arranged. I cannot say at this time if the problem has been solved, as the damp marks on the bedroom walls will obviously not disappear immediately. I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
