My passion is installing Solar panels, which my 25 years experience in carpentry and construction have helped me to diversify my growing skills in to working in renewable energies. We offer assistance with all types of issues that may include working at heights, i.e. solar PV, leaking damaged roofs, gutter repair or cleaning, all manners of carpentry and task in the garden or home. We happily install bird protection to pre existing solar installs. I’m a carpenter with the qualifications and 25 years experience in the building trade with a high level of knowledge across many different aspects which include Solar PV, General Building, suspended Cellings, metal stud & dry lining and even summer houses to garden office spaces. I’m a qualified SMSTS site manager with a level 3 First aid. I have participated in building the new wing at Kingston Hospital & the new mental health hospital in Essex. My passion is installing Solar panels but my experience extends to all manors of construction.

Plastering was not completed, wall left with no skim on it. Plaster did not go up to the ceiling so gaps to be filled everywhere. The edges of the walls are still unfinished and rough. We was quoted one price then they said they couldn't finish the job at that price said they would come back to finish for another 400 pound but still have not seen where this money was spent. The first dsy they was here for maybe 4 hours the second vist was less then an hour the final day they arrived at 8.30 gone by lunch.

Steve replaced our guttering, downpipes and a bargeboard. It wasn’t a straightforward task as it’s an old property but he did an excellent job and carried out the work quickly and efficiently at a competitive price. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent work. Hired him to replace wooden decking in garden he did an excellent job and then rebuilt the roof on an outbuilding repaired a wall and fitted a new garden gate. Very versatile, polite and punctual. reasonable rates as well.

Bruce visited to look at the job, gave his view on what was required and provided a quote quickly. He arranged scaffolding, re-rendered chimney and added slate top, removed and replaced the render on the gable wall, including filling a hole that was uncovered in the flue and adding bell cast. No fuss, good communication and great work all at a reasonable price.

Paul has been absolutely brilliant! He has transformed our garage to a lovely bedroom and created a new shower room between the house and garage for my mother in law - 5 weeks and just a bit of touching up to complete the work. Lee and his team were brilliant from the moment they arrived on site. The team of guys who were on site for the majority of the build were friendly, polite, clean and tidy and did a fantastic job with our new extension and patio. They were flexible with the plans when they needed to be and kept us informed throughout the build. I would have no hesitation in recommending LPD to anyone else... in fact I already have!
