Bruce visited to look at the job, gave his view on what was required and provided a quote quickly. He arranged scaffolding, re-rendered chimney and added slate top, removed and replaced the render on the gable wall, including filling a hole that was uncovered in the flue and adding bell cast. No fuss, good communication and great work all at a reasonable price.

Remove plaster, mortar, picking back between granite stone internal hall wall to rectify major cracks. Re-mortar and re-plaster. The job was competitively priced, including lathe & lime plaster work in a bedroom and replacing mortar in the loft to complete the crack repairs. The work was completed in good time and to a very high standard. Tonnes of plaster and mortar taken down the stairs and out through the front with minimal disturbance. Polite, punctual and clean as they go. Highly recommended.

I used this company to make a chimney breast hole bigger to accept a hole in the wall gas fire, then re-plaster the whole chimney breast. The work done by Bruce and his colleague was excellent. The plastering was exceptional. They were courteous, hard working, and cleaned up after the job. I have no hesitation in recommending Just Chimneys.
