Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.

I had to sack Andrei's team after the first day for a few reasons: 1. They were over an hour late both the day of work and the next day before I sacked them 2. He quoted me a price for 2 days work but sent only 2 people, 1 was a labourer who had no clue what to do with the materials I supplied, cut them wrrong, wasted them etc - at that rate it would have taken at least 5 days 3. The work was bad. Every single thing they did we have to redo - handles crooked, door frames loose, inaccurate carpentry - BAD.

When we requested the roof to be upgraded there were no leaks anywhere. When it rained we had water coming in the bedroom this we thought was because of work they had done on roof. They are supposed experts on flat roofing, and it took them three visits to find the problem. We thought we we getting quality workmen going through Rated People, but again hit problems.
