After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

John worked extremely hard to fulfil our brief & also had great vision when considering possibilities. He understood our needs and ensured all snagging was carried out before completion. Took Nigel a while to call back to confirm a date and time a date and time for the work. Once he did though, he kept exactly to his word. Turned up, on time and completed the plastering for our stairway to a very high quality with patching and skimming work. The price was very fair and he finished in the time he said he would. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
