After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Craig and the team provided exceptional service. From first contact, Craig was friendly, informative, approachable and professional. I was reassured by his background in civil engineering, giving great confidence in his experience. Craig's quote was competitive. The work was completed on time to a very high standard and the lads left the garden clean and tidy. Despite costs increasing during the job, Craig kept to the estimate. I cannot fault the service provided and can't recommend Craig highly enough.
Poor work. Chemfix wasn't mixed properly for gallows brackets and didn't set for over a week. The joiner didn't even know which joists required additional strength and I had to tell him what to do. Would not recommend.

His work is very good quality, very neat, quality pipes and fittings and he measures things correctly and uses a spirit level so everything looks perfect. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
