Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. Did a good job quickly at a reasonable price, lower than other quotes and was pleasant to deal with. Only criticism is that after waiting some time after the original booking when I thought perhaps he wasn’t coming, I had to text him to find out he was running late.
