Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

Initially friendly but after doing a decent job on the guttering, quoted for roof work (shrews) which were done poorly and I had to get another tradesman to come and redo them; also refitted the slate roof on my porch - which then started to leak and once again I eventually had to get another tradesman to redo the work. I say initially friendly because when I followed up (I was promised a "10 year guarantee" which never materialised) they stopped returning my calls and messages. I gave plenty of chances.

Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Came with short notice, took care with the work, uncovered other significant problems organised a bricklayer to correct issues before completing the work rather than rushing through the job, and having further problems arise in future years. I would recommend this company.
