Carl was able to identify what the problem was and resolved it with great skill. Since he fixed the leak under my bath, there has not been a single drop of water leaking from underneath my bath. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
