Bradley was personable and knowledgeable. He spent over 30 minutes talking to use about the project and making suggestions, this was in a free quote situation so he didn't know he would get the job. Once we confirmed we would like him to do the work, he arrived as scheduled with one other worker, and they had the job done in the time indicated. Absolutely horrific experience. No quote was formally given beforehand. Ali refused to give a price/estimate for the works, he just said he would fix the leak at a “reasonable” price then the bill came to £600. My newly fitted bath panel got damaged during the repair works. Then after a few weeks a leak was spotted again in the same area which resulted in water damage to the newly renovated ceiling. Thousands of pounds went down the drain. Highly unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend them.
