George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
Jason came to provide me a new lawn, as the previous was installed very poorly. The end result is fantastic, but for me it was the craftsmanship on display up to that point that really impressed me. But, then he did not arrive and I phoned at three times with no answer and no response on Whatsapp since. No explanation why he did not turn up. This subsequently means my daughter is sleeping in front room until I can find someone else.
