Paul was very prompt with providing a fixed priced quotation which was within budget. He was available to start immediately and arrived the next day at time agreed. He put in a full days work everyday, and would work on to finish what he had programmed if necessary. He was very tidy and had all the tools and dust sheets required. He also cleared up fully at the end of each working day Would recommend this person to everyone

Pat came promptly to view the job and also advised on the best way of accomplishing what I needed. Pat and the lads completed the job to a great standard and in just a couple of days. They also treated my elderly mother (property owner) very courteously. Very pleased with the work, thanks guys.

They performed such a great job of the detached garage project we then without hesitation had them build an extension to our house (on going project). We cannot speak highly enough of their workmanship and work ethic to date. Here, they typically start before 07:30 and when needed on weekends always putting in a full days work. Both Ade and Chris and very polite, friendly and approachable. We are happy to forward pictures if that would help with your decision making process. We would highly recommend.

Morgan and Mike contacted me on the day of posting my job, visited that same afternoon and sent me an itemised quote that evening. They understood that the job was urgent and turned up on the appointed day, at the appointed time. Both my wife and I found they were happy to explain their work and to give us options. The work was neat, efficient and just what we needed. We will definitely use them again and would be happy to recommend them. Very pleased.

Barry and his brother-in-law Rob worked very hard paving my drive and did a first rate job. They are both friendly, courteous and trustworthy. They started on time, didn't cut any corners and the materials they used were better quality than I had anticipated. The final cost was actually cheaper than quoted. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will be inviting them to quote for any future building work that I need doing. (PS. calling himself a "handyman" undervalues his expertise).

ROOF LEAK AFTER HEAVY RAIN After picking up the job on Rated People Adam attended and within 48 hours provided a broad quote for the work needed, additionally cautioned me as to the possibility of necessary work not immediately apparent at first sight. Adam and his friendly, competent team arrived as arranged, did a good job to roof verges, Ridges, Valleys, replacing tiles and cleaning up the site daily. Three weeks later after more heavy rain and snow my roof is sound. Thank you! Highly commended.

We are very happy to recommend this company.They were excellent and the team were a real pleasure to deal with and have around. They gave a detailed quote and gave good advice helping us stay in budget without losing quality or the end design. They underestimated the number of days the work would take but we were happy to negotiate the cost - no pressure from them to do this, but we could see where the time was spent. Communication was also excellent & they turned up on time every time. Delighted!

I can't recommend Istvan and his team enough. They have recently decorated our lounge and done an excellent job with a high quality finish. Their communication was excellent from the outset and they were reliable, always doing what they said they would do. John capped, rendered and made good the lead work on our chimney, he also replaced badly worn roofing felt along the eaves with the addition of " Felt Support Trays" which help stop the new felt from rotting. His work was of a high standard as he takes pride in doing a good job. John and Bobby always left the job clean and tidy after each shift.
