The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

The gardener turned on time on the said date. He did a good job trimming my conifer hedge. However I did ask for his contact details, which he promised he would forward the next day. So far after 2 weeks he has not done so. Therefore I will not be able to contact him for any future work.

This young man is starting out with his new business and is very ambitious to prove himself and give a good service. He and his colleague were very polite, and managed to shore up our fence to a good standard. He should be encouraged and supported in the best possible way to run a his business to the highest of standards. which I am sure he will always maintain. Dave did a teriffic job clearing up my very overgrown garden and accomplished in just a few hours a job I had been ignoring for months. He was very prompt to reply to my posting and appeared in the garden just a couple of days later. He did such a good job he's coming back to build us a bike shed and sort out the flowerbeds. Turned out to be a huge job in the end and project escalated which I was given full explanations and photo evidence of. Job timelines could have been better but could not fault work quality. Our driveways are always excavated to the right depth, and the sub base constructed in graded road stone, not cheaper sub base materials because they are not as good. Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.
