Hi, I’m Luke, the founding member of Sol.Co- Structural outdoor landscaping company. I have been a self employed builder and fully qualifed bricklayer for the last 15 years. Mark and his team did an ok job fixing my patio, but I was disappointed that he couldn't or wouldn't re-hang my garden gate. The patio part of the contract was completed in October 2024. I am writing this on 22nd January 2025 and the gate is still not done. The gate cannot be closed after the half-hearted attempt that was made to do the job. After many texts chasing him he has not now responded since mid-December. My advice? If you do engage this company, don't pay him anything until the job is complete.
