A.JOHNSON PROPERTY SERVICES - We originally complained of the sub standard work carried out by the above the job that wasnt done to our satisfaction and the fear factor was used on us to have furher work carried out. The leak that was supposed to be repaired was not repaired, consequently we have rain still pouring through our ceiling. He also said its a wonder that the chimney stack had NOT fallen in. The roof repair and cleaning service fell short in several areas. The quoted price was unexpectedly increased during the work. Dust from the roof cleaning covered walls, windows, and the front of the house, requiring additional cleaning for my property and my neighbor’s. Additionally, cement pieces were left in the drainage pipe, risking clogs. Better transparency, cleanup are needed.
