However the damage incurred by the snow turned out to be less extensive than first thought and I did not need to proceed with this. Mark was friendly and approachable and did a good job, and tidied up after himself. He was able to start the job quickly, so that was very convenient for us.
Ccb sent me with a formal quote via this site to undertake; leadwork, repair broken rooftiles, put in garage drainage and provide a quote for painting the external wall. The rooftiles were not repaired, others were broken as the leadwork was done. The drainage is incomplete and Chris Cook collected the money for the painting on 7 July and has disappeared with £220>00 which is dishonest.I have made many, many attempts to contact him to return my funds. Dont trust this builder
