The job was a complete rebuild of the inside of the house including a new kitchen, bathroom, replacing new walls and structural work. Lovely lads, very cheerful and hardworking. My garden was a jungle - totally overgrown with weeds and lots of rubbish. They did mowing, massive weeding, cut down dead shrubs, jet-washed the patio and came back for a second day to finish up and took away tons of rubbish that the council wouldn't even take (old petrol lawnmower)! In addition Claudiu Florin Draghic did not: - manage the project and is very disorganised - initial time estimate for project was 6w and it turned into 5months. Considerable costs to us. - Claudiu's warranty is useless. He says 12months but doesn't come back to correct defects. - significant faulty issues with Claudius Florin Draghici work.

Although Paul initially replied to the quote promptly and did the job on the same day; we were left with a hole in the wall from the fixing of the blinds. Again, Paul was initially apologetic and offered to fix the problem; however he subsequently did not turn up to the house on the day he was going to come and has for 2 weeks not responded to polite emails, text messages or picked up telephone calls. The tradesman fitted a gulley cover over the drain in the garden. It was made up of pieces of wood nailed or screwed together and painted with weather protection paint and measuring about 10in by 15 in. He was efficient. The job was done in about an hour. However, materials cost me £65.00 and I don't think it was worth it. I believe I could have bought the materials for much less than £65.00 and done it myself.
