Reliable, friendly, and quality individual. The work was done within a few hours and it was completed to a high standard. We were given advice and guidance for upkeep and treatment. This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

Graham stepped in when another workman messed up and thankfully managed to rectify every single problem. He was clear with costs (and these were more than reasonable) - and spoke to me every step of the way. I have found him really helpful and kind - I will not be using any other craftman from now on.
