George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Gerasimos did a floor fitting for me in a bathroom and hallway. He did an excellent job. The hallway has 4 doors and he dealt with this really well, he followed every small detail and curve. He is very meticulous and the finishes are immaculate. If you have any other issues in the house he gives advice. He is tidy and cleans before he leaves. He is very calm and polite. I would recommend him to everyone and definitely use his services again.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Good quote and communication about date for work. Start time confirmed for Monday 13th February at 9. I ordered all the things needed ready for the work. But, then he did not arrive and I phoned at three times with no answer and no response on Whatsapp since. No explanation why he did not turn up. This subsequently means my daughter is sleeping in front room until I can find someone else.

After making two appointments failed to turn up on both occasions. Wasted my day waiting for him. No call of apology just never turned up and thus wasted my time.
We are 3 generations of the family specializing in Plumbing, Electrics and Building. Between us we feel we are able to accommodate a customers every need and take the job from planning to completion or work individually within our specific trades.
Work was finished to a good standard, only issue now is we have no part P certificate for electrical work or confirmation a steel is coated in a heat resistant paint, plumb smart are refusing to answer calls, court action pending. If Plumb smart are doing your electrics check certificates, wish we had, was a shame to end on this note, no complaints re the rest of it.
