I can’t speak highly enough of Daniel, he did an excellent job. He was very meticulous and went above and beyond what he was asked. He was very polite and friendly, cleaned up everywhere and replaced things as they were before he left. I have no hesitation in recommending him and his work, and will definitely use him again and pass on recommendation of him to others I know.

Andy quoted for the installation of a channel drain in my patio. The quote was competitive and the job completed to a very good standard. Communication was good before and during the job and I recommend Andy for this type of work.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.

I paid Phil £195 to complete the job. The roof ended up leaking worse so I tried to get him back out to fix the problems but he ignored my initial calls then called me and told me "it's impossible that it's leaking worse" I had to get another roofer out to do a temporary fix which should be sufficient for several years, this cost me £65. I was told that £195 for the initial job was too high as "the materials would have only cost a few quid and it would have only taken a couple of hours" I wouldn't recommend

I sadly have to give the ratings I have. I was chasing for an appointment so Mark & his brother could give a price, which I eventually got. Then I had to chase for a start date. Mark said his daughter was in hospital, which happens. I said I would wait. I asked did he want the job. He said it would be a few weeks. I said I would wait, & wait a & wait etc. I got no response. It was clear they did not want the job. My time was wasted. Sadly I would not reccomend. A case of Cherry picking.

Carried out some structural work on the front of my house after a really competitive quote. Arrived when stated and completed the job in two days. Very professional company and did a great job. Would use again.

Great job done by the guys at CKJ Construction, from the initial consultation through to the work itself. The job was a combination of pulling up, cleaning, re-laying and pointing tiles around the perimeter of the house as well as removing some bushes, putting down turf and installing new sleepers. All work done to a good standard with attention to detail and at a fair price. Would definitely use again and would recommend for a wide variety of jobs. Thank you!

Luke and team came out to view the job. His communication was excellent working the appointment around my available and turned up bang on time. He reviewed the problem with the drain and managed find a blockage and cleared it straight away. There was no charge for the unblocking as it was a simple solution but Luke offered some advice to ensure the issue won’t happen again and some potential fixes going forward. I will certainly be contacting CC drainage with any further issues and can recommend them highly

Don't hire - he quotes price (that then increases once he's started work), doesn't show up for weeks on end - despite promises to come, Then, after payment, disappears and ghosts the customer leaving the job unfinished - AVOID!
