We had David and his team of Bill and Lee replaced a window in our bathroom that had been really badly fit by a previous builder. They were quick in ordering the window and were extremely professional throughout the process. When it came time to replace the window they did it quickly and efficiently cleaning up after themselves and they even cleaned up the previous builders mess as well. We contacted Goroof because a flat roof was causing a leak into the house. There had been torrential rain for a few days. The roof was no longer leakproof and needed to be replaced. We were very fortunate to be contacted by Jim at Goroof. He quoted promptly for the job based on photos that I sent to him. He came round punctually on the agreed day, and replaced the roof to a very high standard at the agreed price. I will be contacting Jim again if anything else needs attention. Highly recommended!

This firm is horrendous. If you want a professional job at a fair price, do not hire this firm. I've given them 1 star because the system won't allow a no star rating. Lewis Brown is good with the spiel, but can't or won't back it up with his actions 'The best tilers, a good carpenter", none of this was evident. A total lack of professionalism. Never used dust sheets, didn't have anything to mop water up with, left a mess every evening. And if he gives you a time for anything add 3 hours minimum.
