I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Paid Paul £1,190 for materials for our vinyl floor job back in September. I had to move the first appointment due to my work commitments, but then he cancelled the next two at the last minute and stopped communicating, ignoring our repeated efforts to try to fix a further appointment. Agreed to refund us within a few days in early December but didn't. No communication now for a month. No refund. Would be interested to hear from others with similar experiences how they got him to respond.

The subfloor was not put down correctly and isn't completely flat in my doorway between rooms. Actually there is a very small area that is missing subfloor altogether, so this causes the flooring to sink in everytime we walk in and out of the room. It's has now cracked in this area. The flooring is only a couple of months old and we now need to have to purchase new floor and have it fitted correctly. I've messaged Rey on this platform and called and txt his personal number but have had no reply. Shocking.
