Very professional. I received a very detailed quote. A breakdown of all costs and description of the work to be carried out (following a visit), the day after adding the job to this site. Although it wasn't urgent, they fitted me in as soon as they could, about a week later. Arrived early on the allocated day. The job took exactly as long as was estimated. Very polite and considerate. our experience with this plumber is very different to all other reviews. job was to fit new radiator to existing plumbing. after 2 visits a total of over 8 hrs, 3 of which were trying to source a fitting, and a week without hot water or heating, we are still dealing with the aftermath at considerable extra expense.
