I am extremely happy with the work Carl carried out over the two days. It was only supposed to take a couple of hours but Carl found additional issues. Although it meant being without the use of the toilet over the weekend, Carl was back on Tuesday morning to finish the job. I am a fully qualified plumbing and heating engineer. With many years experience. I currently work on domestic and commercial systems specialising in boiler breakdown and servicing. I also have two more plumbing and heating engineers, two air conditioning engineers and two electricians. All of us are Fully qualified having carried out time served apprenticeships. All of us are qualified to a level 3 standard and beyond. The range of services we can offer are consultancy, installation, maintenance and repair of all types of systems related to our trades.
Excellent service, the problem was tricky as the boiler had suddenly failed with a blank control panel (fuse ok). Initial testing failed to find a fault but after some deep system checks the cause was discovered and he left me with a fully working system. He went the extra mile, definitely use again.

All aspects of plumbing work undertaken
Keith was unable to do repair the leak which i can understand, but he did not tighten the switch off so now the pipe next to the toilet is leaking , and really leaking not just a few drops but 2 litres per day.. I am very disappointed. What did he think on Friday? it is Tuesday now so hopefully another plumber will fix it. But honestly, I havent been able to leave the house for 4 days now. I wish i have never contacted this website
