Keith was unable to do repair the leak which i can understand, but he did not tighten the switch off so now the pipe next to the toilet is leaking , and really leaking not just a few drops but 2 litres per day.. I am very disappointed. What did he think on Friday? it is Tuesday now so hopefully another plumber will fix it. But honestly, I havent been able to leave the house for 4 days now. I wish i have never contacted this website

Mark finished our en suite in just over a week. His work was of such a high standard, he was on time every day and nothing was too much trouble. he also has a great team of electricians / plasterers that work with him. Mark is friendly, respectful has a great sense of humour and he is also very trustworthy. For any women who live on their own and want a reliable plumber who won't pull the wool over their eyes I would definately recommend Mark. First time I've engaged a tradesman after becoming a homeowner. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.
