Stefan was polite and very tidy. He did a fantastic job of replacing my shower and at a competitive price. His work was to a very high standard and he was able to provide practical solutions when problems arose - such as floor not being level. He was able to do plumbing, carpentry and tiling so it saved me having to employ various tradesmen. He kept me up to date with messages and pictures so I could see the progress of the work. ****Builders from hell- Stay well away *** Robbed me of 70K left my house in a totally destroyed state and an open roof. Used constant threats to extort money. The little work that was carried out, no building control approval was sought and work done was substandard and had to be redone. Left the work once I informed building control and declined to return back, comply with inspection, rectify the work or provide any refund despite providing a work evaluation by an independent quantity surveyor.
I’m a fully qualified plumber and drainage engineer with over 10 years’ experience in the trade. After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. I’ve also installed UPVC drainage systems and septic tanks, giving me a wealth of experience in both domestic and commercial drainage work. We also offer supply and installation of your floor insulation too if required. Our office is in the South East but we work nationwide due to our large base of installers. We can cater for any floor construction whether that be new builds or refurbishments.

Shocking work. Was quoted £1000 for the job of shower fit, tiling, moving a few pipes under the floor and sink and toilet. Colin FORGET to put the centre connecting chrome part on the shower panels...he cut the expensive panels short.....the tiling was shocking and so was the grouting.....he came with an apprentice whom had only been learning plumbing for a year and I suspect he may of done the work. We have paid him £500....but we have had to get a new tradesman in to redo the work. Have pics to prove!!
