Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We have a team of reliable trades people who compliment our services, who all have the same work ethos, getting the job done, on time to an excellent standard. All of our trades people are fully qualified and Stephen is Chartered member of the Institute of Building, which involves a rigorous application process.
An excellent job, let down only slightly by taking too much time to get the job right. I would certainly recommend SMG if you want craftsmanship quality.

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. these guys havn.t a clue .. overcharged.. had massive leek after they had been coming through kitchen ceiling. they came back out. and supposed to have fixed their mistake. 15 min later still leaking ... never picked up my calls .. then they turner their phone off. . job finished by another plumber I had to call. all it needed was new waste pipe. 90 pound job cost me 220. don't let these plumbers loose on your plumbing.....
