Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Ion was helpful and reliable. He is professional, cares about what he does and customer service. As a female, I felt safe with him in my home. I am very pleased with my bathroom.
I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Alin and his men done an amazing job removing my fireplace and mantle piece off the chimney breast , fixing the wall making it smooth and painting it, they mounted my tv on the wall and a floating unit, their work is outstanding I cannot fault them, they left the place tidy and clean and got rid of all the rubbish. Damaged the dress table by using electrical screwing machine instructions clearly advise NOT to use an electrical screwdriver. The doors are not level and drawers not closing properly. Blamed the manufacturer but this is high end table from a respected manufacturer.. poor quality service.
