I do not usually leave reviews but to protect other customers this is a review worth leaving. Please do not use this builder, he was incompetent and did not manage to complete any of the works to a suitable standard. On top of this he fitted a new tap on my bath tub but did not connect the waste pipe and as a result caused a leak which effected the apartment below. Tiling and shower door were not fitted correctly and these were straight forward jobs and have to be redone.

Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.
